Health has certainly been on my mind as of late. I just finished my 2nd round of antibiotics for something that just didn't want to leave my body... the same cold/virus/congestion party that has struck quite a few people I know. I'm still not quite back to my old self, I'm still sniffling and wishing that my lungs were clear enough to let me get back to normal (and back to the gym!).
So when I heard about Blueprint Cleanse, I must admit I was intrigued. You can choose the level of your cleanse, then how many days you'd like to ty it. I'd say I'm at their second level, Foundation. I'm still pretty much 95% vegetarian, with a little fish and maybe a small bite of meat (but even then, that'd be one day a week where I'd do that). I could work out more, but isn't that always the way?
What I really like is the variety... instead of drinking gallons of lemon juice with maple syrup and cayenne you get to look forward to this!
I've been emailing with a woman who works there, and I've had all of my questions answered quick fast.
I'm recruiting folks who want to try it, and I think both Dave and I will do it. So we'll see.
Laren over at Sweet Blog O' Mine is trying the 3 day and will be writing about it for Gothamist. I look forward to hearing about it, then I can go for it myself.
Oh, and you know I adore great packaging. Check out this bag!
